Raízen Combustíveis S.A., joint venture between Cosan and Shell, acquired 10% of the shares representative of the capital stock of STP – Serviços e Tecnologia de Pagamentos S.A. (STP) from CCR, Ivan Toledo de Corrêa Filho, EcoRodovias and GSMP for the total amount of R$ 250,000,000.00 (two hundred and fifty million reais). STP is the company operating the “Sem Parar” and “Via Fácil” automatic payment systems in Brazil.
