With a Master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and a Postgraduate degree in Social Security Law from UNISAL, Mauricio Pallotta has extensive experience advising legal and human resources departments on topics related to people management, occupational diseases, absenteeism, and social security taxation. He is recognized for his expertise in strategic labor and social security litigation and in managing liabilities.

An enthusiast of legal innovation and technology, Mauricio has developed award-winning case studies in process automation and data analysis applied to solving issues in legal and HR departments. He is the author of the chapter “Labor 4.0: Data-Driven Persuasion and Labor Law,” a guest professor for the Labor 4.0 course at Futurelaw, and coordinator of the course “LGPD, Labor Risks, and Compliance” at the Escola Superior de Advocacia (ESA) of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

He is the author of the book “Hiring in the Crowd and Algorithmic Subordination”, as well as chapters in works on Labor and Social Security Law, and articles for specialized websites and magazines. He also serves as a guest lecturer at institutions such as Mizuno Cursos and SST Online.
