Assistance on advisory and strategic litigation on labor matters; due diligence on labor lawsuits, analyses of the business segment of the client for advices related to preventive measures from the preparation or review of employment contracts; advises for the implementation of Internal Labor Regulations; Manuals of Conduct; implementation of Profit-Sharing Plans (PLR); legal support to Human Resources departments, including the procedures for integration of new employees, lectures and training for work teams, as per the peculiarities of the activities; rationalization of manpower; restructuring of remuneration policies; planning of modalities of services rendering; labor outsourcing; mediation and assistance in negotiations with labor union; economic collective bargaining and/or resulting from strike; labor claims; preparatory procedures and civil investigations of the Ministry of Labor and Employment; civil lawsuits; administrative proceedings of competence of Labor authorities, among others.
